This single malt whiskey has been matured in fortified red wine casks from local Israeli wineries selected for their distinct flavor profile. Aroma: Dark chocolate pralines filled with raspberry jam, tobacco and earl grey tea, fragrant pine needles and a touch of cake frosting. Palate: Maple syrup, smoked dried chili peppers, dried cherries. Finish: Peaty earthiness followed by fresh mint, comforting hot cacao.
