*All orders placed on the Concierge Sales website will be delivered to your preferred Total Wine & More store for pickup unless shipping is arranged.
Where do I pick up my order?
Simply stop at the customer service desk and let them know you are there to pick up a Concierge Sales order. You must have a valid ID and we recommend bringing a copy of your order confirmation.
When will my order be ready?
This will vary depending on the offer. We do the best to our ability to estimate correctly the window in which the wine will arrive. When your order is ready, we will notify you by email.
What do I need to bring to pick up my order?
When picking up your order, we ask that you present:
i.Government-issued photo ID.
ii.Your order confirmation.
Can I send someone else to pick up my order?
Yes, in most states. Please call us at (855) 841-2752 to arrange for someone else to pick up your order. The person picking up your order will need to present either a hard or soft copy of the "ready to be picked up" email. If the ID of the third party shares the same last name and/or address as the billing information on the order, you do NOT need to call.
*Wisconsin stores: Local law requires the person named in the online purchase to pick up the order.
How long will you hold my order before restocking it?
We typically hold orders for 2 weeks, but we understand that it can be hard to make it out to the store frequently. Please call us to let us know if you need more time. We are happy to work with you.
Can I change my preferred store?
Yes. You can change your preferred store at any time through your “My Account” screen. Transferring existing paid orders from one store to another is possible in most cases, but not all. Please contact us and we will work with you to find a solution that works best.
