Our goal is that all our customers are satisfied with their orders. Should you need to return an item for any reason, please contact conciergesales@totalwine.com or (855) 841-2752.
If you purchased products in our store, return to the store for return processing.
- California and Georgia stores: Per state law, alcohol returns can only be accepted if the product is spoiled or otherwise unfit for consumption, or purchased in error.
- Wisconsin stores: Per state law, alcohol returns can only be accepted if the product is spoiled or otherwise unfit for consumption.
- Michigan stores: Per state law, alcohol returns may only be accepted if the product is demonstrably spoiled or contaminated or the container is damaged to the extent that the contents would be of an unsanitary nature or unfit for consumption. In such circumstances, the alcohol can be returned for a cash refund or exchange.
- Kansas stores: Per Kansas state law, alcohol returns can only be accepted within 24 hours of the original purchase date if the product is damaged or defective from the supplier.
