Is Concierge Sales different than Total Wine & More?

 

Concierge Sales is a specialty department within Total Wine & More that focuses on collectable wines.

 

Is the Concierge Sales Program the same as Total Discovery?

 

Concierge Sales is an independent program that is unrelated to the Total Discovery program.  However, all purchases made through Concierge Sales will be credited to your Total Discovery account.

 

How do I join the Concierge Sales program?

 

There is no requirement or pre-requisite to join.  Simply sign up to receive our email offers.

 

What is a Pre-arrival?  And why is everything a Pre-arrival?

 

Pre-arrivals are offers on items that have not yet arrived in the store.  Payment is required to secure these items.  Working with Pre-arrivals allows us to bring in small allocations and direct them to the right stores and customer.  It also allows us to offer the best possible prices.

 

Can I use my In-store Coupon?

 

Through our email programs, we do not work with coupons, but rather offer the sharpest pricing possible.  For private consultation orders, we ensure you are getting the best pricing in your area for each individual order.
