2025 Domaines Ott Chateau Romassan Bandol Rose

Mourvèdre, the majority grape variety in this blend, comes into its own here like no place else, providing solidity, structure and excellent cellar-ageing potential. It is complemented by the deep vinosity of Grenache and the softness of Cinsault. These three grape varieties, grown on the hillsides and in the valley, produce a complex, beautifully textured rosé. The wine has a pale peach color with a soft rose gold shimmer. The nose is seductive with a rich array of aromas. The palate is buoyed by aromas of red fruits-strawberries and raspberries. The wine is delicious, right up to the finely balance finish.
