The 2024 Clos de Vougeot Grand Cru has a very perfumed, floral bouquet with violet-infused red fruit, light touches of tobacco and forest floor surfacing with time in the glass. The palate is medium-bodied with finely sculpted tannins, quite tensile, not powerful but you must doff your casquette to admire its purity and simmering spiciness on the aftertaste.
