1995 Noble Champagne Grand Cru Blanc de Blancs

A fine-beaded, rich and toasty wine, with flavors of roasted nuts and vanilla dominating. It tastes like what you would expect of bubbly Chardonnay—tart and appley, but with good length and persistence.
