The original disgorgement was in March 1995, with a dosage of 7 grams per liter. It's deep and layered with hints of caramel, citrus oils, and marmalade, as well as zesty crystalline saltiness and delicate nuttiness. Offering earthy notes of autumnal chestnut or truffle, coffee, and chocolate, it has a fabulous, silky, pastry cream texture.
