El Silencio Mezcal, UMBRA

El Silencio UMBRA is the first dark mezcal in The Casa Silencio Collection. Featuring double distilled 10-12 year old Espadín, and 12-15 year old wild Tobalá, a very hardy species of agave that grows wildly at high altitudes. Its relatively minuscule size yields extremely limited quantities of intensely aromatic mezcal, El Silencio UMBRA is the perfect balance of an authentic artisanal spirit, while pushing the boundaries of innovation. It has an enigmatic color created from the indigo plant that gives it a unique personality in different shades from dark blue to purple. This exclusive expression that was once only available for our guests, becomes available now in select markets.
