97-99 POINTS: All Sauvignon Blanc raised in 20% new barriques, the 2025 Château Margaux Pavillon Blanc checks in at 14% alcohol with a pH of 3.14. It has a riper-than-usual nose of citrus, honeyed lemon, white flowers, and chalky minerality, and on the palate, it's rich, pure, and concentrated, with remarkable depth and focus.
