92-95 POINTS: A beautiful, richly textured white, the 2025 Pagodes De Cos Blanc is a Sémillon-dominated blend that includes 33% Sauvignon Blanc that's being raised in 12% new barrels. Its terrific perfume of honeyed citrus, orange blossom, mint, and chalky minerality gives way to a medium-bodied palate with nicely integrated acidity and outstanding length.
