93-95 POINTS: The first vintage to carry the new Médoc Blanc appellation, the 2025 Les Griffons De Pichon Baron Blanc is 100% Sémillon raised in equal parts new barrels, once-used barrels, and wine globes. It offers a beautiful bouquet of minty green citrus, crushed stone, and floral nuances, and it's beautifully textured and medium-bodied on the palate, with bright, integrated acidity and a focused, precise feel. Checking in at 13.3% alcohol with a pH of 3.02, and with a scant 2,000 bottles produced, it's a gorgeous, juicy, classy white that has so much to love.
