96-98 POINTS: A brilliant, gorgeous Barsac, the 2025 Château Doisy Daëne is based on 88% Sémillon and 12% Sauvignon Blanc that will spend 10 months in barrel followed by nine months in stainless steel before bottling. Honeyed peach, fresh apricot, flowers, and toasted bread nuances all shine on the nose, and it's full-bodied on the palate, with a concentrated, layered mouthfeel, beautifully integrated acidity, and outstanding length. Checking in at 13.5% alcohol with a pH of 3.95, it's a blockbuster in the making.
