2023 VIK Cabernet Series A

The nose shows currants, white pepper, paprika and a touch of quince. The tannins are really fine-grained, almost dusty. Juicy black and red berry fruit on the palate, with a medium body and a sleek yet linear finish. Very good length. 87% cabernet sauvignon, 5% syrah and 8% carmenere. Drink now, but can hold for a few years.
