2023 Domaine Weinbach Pinot Noir Clos des Capucins

Older vines in our monopole Clos des Capucins vineyard composed of sand silt soil on granite pebbles. The grapes growing on this terroir ripen a lot earlier, producing wines with complex aromatics and a powerful concentration. A fine and complex nose revealing notes of red fruits and black cherries, leading to a forest fruit medley on the palate. A beautiful expression of the Pinot Noir grape, combining subtle tannins and a refreshing texture. The general result can only leave a mouth-watering sensation due to a full and rich finish.
