The 2022 Cabernet Sauvignon Finca Los Membrillos aged for 14 months in 500-liter used French barrels. Notes of cassis and blackberry mingle with subtle oak, white pepper and a smoky pyrazine character. Dry, intense and finely chalky, the palate is compact and juicy, with polished tannins at its core. The 2022 is a poised, classically styled red.
