The climate of Gollardes is a plot located on the northern slope of Savigny-lès-Beaune, a territory shared with the neighboring commune of Pernand-Vergelesses. South facing, an extension of the Premiers Crus, this earlier climate produces colorful and consistent wines, balanced by a beautiful supple body. This Pinot is a perfect interpreter, delivering delicate notes of redcurrant, blackcurrant and blackberry mixed with fine spices.
