2021 Sanford Chardonnay Sanford & Benedict

The 2021 Chardonnay Sanford & Benedict Vineyard is a pure, crystalline wine. White orchard fruit, lime, crushed rocks, mint and chalk give the 2021 tons of brilliance to play off its mid-weight, understated personality. The 2021 is complex and beguiling. The intensely saline, savory finish makes it impossible to resist a second taste. I would give this a year or two to soften.
