2021 Perez Pascuas Vina Pedrosa Reserva

The textbook 2021 Viña Pedrosa Reserva was produced with Tempranillo from over 50-year-old vines and matured in French and American oak barrels for 24 months. It comes in at 14.4% alcohol, with a pH of 3.45 and 5.84 grams of acidity; it's powerful and ripe but with the freshness from the vintage and the fine tannins from the long cycle and very good ripeness of the grapes.
