2019 Hospices de Beaune Meursault Genevrières 1er Cru Cuvée Baudot

A pale bright clear primrose, the bouquet shows some delicious ripe pear fruit, almond and dried fruits, but the underlying lacy detail of fine Genevrieres is sitting clearly underneath. A little touch of warmth behind, with good persistence of the fruit.
