Distinctive, with a loganberry, blueberry and açaí berry core that is bursting with energy but held in check for now by a wall of alder, tar and sweet earth notes. Loaded with grip through the finish, but it's well-integrated, while a late bittersweet chocolate note melts slowly on the palate. A beaut.
