A slight whiff of flinty reduction clings to red-cherry aromas on the nose of this wine. The palate comes in with red-fruited freshness and ease, wrapped in a slightly smoky coat of oak. Fine tannins give subtle structure so that the red fruit and freshness can assert themselves on the finish.
