2015 Roederer Cristal Rosé

Like fine crystal, this is lovely and delicate yet well-cut and finely structured. Fresh and focused, offering flavors of pureed raspberry and creamed white cherry, pink grapefruit pith, blood orange peel, pastry and chopped almond, plus a rich, chalky underpinning. Seamlessly knit, long and persistent, echoing floral, spice, toast and mineral notes. Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. Drink now through 2045.
