2015 Donnachiara Taurasi

The 2015 Taurasi is a lovely offering from Donnachiara, showing a creamy aromatic profile, with spice, cured meat and forest berry followed by beautifully linear tones of black fruit and plum. The time the wine ages in barrique was extended to 12 months in this vintage, and it carries smoky notes that are opulent and generous. Some 10,000 bottles were made.
