Château Mouton Rothschild's 2016 alone collected five separate 100s, from The Wine Advocate, Vinous, Jeb Dunnuck, Jane Anson, and James Suckling. Château Latour's 2009 racked up four. Lafite Rothschild shows up three separate times with a perfect score — 2000, 2015, and 2019, a jaw-dropping run of greatness that has only burnished its vast reputation.
The two wines that just missed the mark of perfection (the Château Haut-Brion 2000, which earned a 99+ from The Wine Advocate) and the Mouton Rothschild 2019, which took home a 99 from Vinous) are knockouts nonetheless, and absolutely deserving of your time and attention.
