Wines like the 2017 Blankiet Estate Prince of Hearts, which Jeb Dunnuck, in a 93-point rave, swooned over: "it hits the palate with beautiful purity of fruit, medium to full body, nicely integrated acidity, and a clean, classy style that's going to drink beautifully for 10-15 years."

And the 2016 Beau Vigne Romeo Napa Cabernet Sauvignon, which Wine Advocate, awarding 94 points, said is "packed with earthy layers and finishing on a savory note" – a wine whose drinking window is in full swing.
 

Or how about the 2013 Frans K Smit Red Blend, from the great Stellenbosch region of South Africa; in a lavish, 94 point review, Tim Atkin called it "serious and concentrated," with "finely judged tannins, fresh acidity and further aging potential."
