Handpicked by Master Distiller Donnis Todd, this single-cask micro whisky was specially selected for its “cowboylike-finish” (referring to Garrison Bros.’ highly allocated Micro Whisky of the Year ‘Cowboy Bourbon’). The Bourbon is made just as Garrison Bros.' flagship: with organic Panhandle corn, red winter wheat grown on the property, two-row malted barley, and Hill Country rainwater. Aged for five years, 108 days, and counting, this single cask will be bottled uncut at barrel-proof and lives up to the hype, and then some. Noted by Todd for its “unique flavors that made it worthy of my single barrel program [this is] everything I’m looking for in a wheated Texas bourbon all in one barrel. A proud Texan who can stand alone.” Surprisingly smooth, this Bourbon rarity is usually $150, but for one week only (or until sold out), we’re offering special Concierge pricing that brings each bottle to $129.97! The nose has tons of spiciness with just the right amount of sweet dark toasted oak. Notes of caramel, vanilla, and spice add to the alluring, rich opulence on the palate.
