Our Tasting Notes:
A deep mahogany hue sets the stage for a beautifully layered dram. The nose opens with baked orange, cinnamon, and Manuka honey, followed by waves of ginger, blackcurrant, and espresso.
On the palate, that richness intensifies — blood orange and warming spice give way to roasted hazelnut, heather honey, and butterscotch, all carried by a luxuriously weighty mouthfeel. Orchard fruits emerge as the whisky develops, adding lift and balance to the darker, richer notes.
The finish lingers long, evolving between sweet, spiced, and gently roasted tones — a hallmark of expertly handled sherry cask maturation.
