Master Distiller Viridiana Tinoco oversaw every stage of the process. The Tronçais oak vats — not traditional casks, but specially designed vessels — allow gradual, subtle interaction between wood and agave, favoring aromatic evolution over oak dominance. The result is a tequila that tastes like it has been waiting its whole life to be opened.
