So the great critic recalled, five years ago, upon word of the titanic winemaker’s passing, and though Parker's testimonial was by far the most profound of the many encomia that circulated, he was by no means alone in his reverence for these extraordinary wines. 

Today we are thrilled to report that we have obtained early access to Giacosa's latest releases, and are proud to be able to bring you the deepest of deep-dives into the Giacosa portfolio.  

Our offer includes 3 wines from the top end of the line, each displaying what Monica Larner, of The Wine Advocate, once identified as the Giacosa signature: "precision, power, elegance": the Barolo Falletto 2019; the Barolo Falletto Le Rocche 2019; and the Barolo Falletto Le Rocche Riserva 2017.

We're also bringing you 4 entry-level wines: the Roero Arneis 2021, a varietal that Giacosa himself almost single-handedly revived; the Dolcetto d'Alba 2022; the Barbera d'Alba 2021; and the Nebbiolo d'Alba 2021. For many critics and connoisseurs, Giacosa defined what Barolo and Barbaresco are supposed to look and taste like, in a stunning run of vintages (1978, 1982, 1985, 1988, 1989, and 1990). As prodigious a winemaker as he was, it turns out that he was an equally gifted teacher, because his daughter, Bruna, has more than sustained that extraordinary level of excellence since his passing.
