The Very Olde St. Nick Immaculata 2026 Release is a crafted blend of 8yr Preservation Wheated Pot Distilled Bourbon, 10YR High-Rye Kentucky Bourbon, and a more traditional 19YR KY Bourbon Barrel. Whether distilled on site or from our vintage collection, all the casks used have had the benefit of spending almost a decade within the unique microclimate of our Bardstown, KY warehouse.
