The Macallan Art is the Flower has been exclusively matured in European Sherry seasoned oak casks and expertly brought together by The Macallan Whisky Maker drawing on an extensive inventory of quality European oak casks containing notes of raisin and fig, polished oak, cherry blossom, almonds, orange, and treacle. This exceptional single malt is housed in a presentation box that slides to open inspired by furniture designed by Mackintosh (specifically decorative writing desks) and includes poetic excerpts from the ‘Art is the Flower’ (a lecture written by Mackintosh).
