57.7% ABV. 2nd fill Sherry Butt. A perfect balance between incredibly sweet and fruity apricot jam, delicious red toffee apples, rich vanilla and banoffee pie aromas. Moth engulfing rich fruit flavors of ripe banana and soft poached pears are rounded off by warming ginger and cinnamon spice, undulating through indulgent creamy vanilla fudge and luxurious smooth honey. Finish is long and sweet, with a warming spicy finish.
