Nose: Freshly picked red apples, stone fruits, aromatic wood spice, vanilla pods and a gentle sweetness. Over time, aromas of tropical fruit build along with scents of fragrant white pepper and dark chocolate. Taste: On the palate there is a warming smokiness, with a green chili pepper heat, a gentle salinity, fading to reveal layers of orchard fruits, bonfire embers, and sweet pecan fudge. Finish: A lingering warmth, with a gentle peppery kick alongside notes of orchard fruits, toffee and a wisp of sea smoke.
