The palate unfolds with black cherry and plum jam, complemented by dark chocolate orange, almond pastry, and ginger sponge, with hints of clove, sweet woodsmoke, and delicate loose tea leaf. The finish is long and complex, carrying a lingering sweetness wrapped in gentle, persistent smoke.
