From one of the oldest casks in Saint Lucia, this 100% pot still rum is well-integrated considering the cask strength. Scents from humidor welcome complex earthy flavors and a focused mid-palate with savory notes not typical of rum. Cigar wrapper, leather, apple wood and warm baking spices lead to a sof finish that never escapes. Absolutely gorgeous.
