Royal Cane Cask Company Fiji 19 Year 2004 Single Cask Rum

A light golden color in the glass with sweet, and floral notes of vanilla, mango lassi, orange blossom and spice. The creamy texture brings out flavors of buttery toffee, salted caramel and milk chocolate. Overripe mango joins in mid-palate, along with a floral bouquet. The finish gets gradually spicier with hints of ginger, cinnamon, white pepper, and slightly astringent oak.
