Leads with dried raisin and orchard fruit followed by charred orange rind and lemon peel. Notes of burnt sugar, cinder toffee, and a slight hint of almonds also present. Coats the mouth with vanilla. Pepperiness, tannins, and spices from European Oak also present. Long brown sugar finish.
