Navazos-Palazzi Pedro Ximénez Single Cask Brandy de Jerez is a 35-60+ year old bottling of pot-distilled Spanish brandy, distilled from Airén and Palomino grapes. After aging in casks that previously held dry Oloroso sherry for 30+ years, the spirit was moved toa freshly-emptied cask that previouslycontained very old Pedro Ximénez Sherry for 4 more years. The average age of this bottling is 35 years, but owing to the traditional solera system aging in Jerez, the final product contains some brandy over 60 years old.
