Navazos Palazzi 15-Year 'Bota Punta' Single Oloroso Cask Spanish Malt Whisky - WA ONLY

A 15 year old bottling, distilled in Spain from 100% Spanish-grown malt. The 2021 bottling was aged at full proof in freshly emptyied Oloroso Sherry casks. This cask was a "bota punta" - the cask at the end of the bottom row of barrels in a solera. Distilled in copper pot still and bottled at cask strength, non-chill filtered, with no coloring or additives. 900 bottles produced.
