This Islay Single Malt from Caol Ila is renown worldwide for its rich typical flavours of Islay. Warm light and fruity nose, showing sweet notes of ripe guava, creamy whiff of unsalted butter with scents of fresh leather. An airiness that makes one desire to savour straight. Dominated by very fresh, spiciness, some charming salty flavours of cashews and walnuts which emerge midpalate and persist through the finish.
