This 2000 vintage is a beautiful, fruit-foward selection which displays complexity and integration that are unusual for a 100% Baco Armagnac of its age. Tropical fruit and white flowers on the nose give way to a palate rich with ripe apricots, cooked apples, beeswax, and a touch of menthol. The long, elegant finish lingers as the sweetness gives way to wood spice.
