L'Encantada Domaine Del Cassou '1988' Single Cask No. 27 - WA ONLY

Produced exclusively from ancient Baco vines. Fine, elegant nose. Fresh fruits (apple, pear) and exotic fruits (pineapple, combava) come out strongly. There is a kinship with certain single Speyside malts, it continues on notes of incense and beeswax. The finish is long, silky. Its downy character evokes the softness of the plum which covers the fruits of which it abounds. In particular: nectarines, yellow peaches, William pears and Pippin apples. It evolves classically on the prune and on winey notes. 46% ABV.
