Islay Distillery 1991 31 Year Single Malt Scotch Whisky

The nose opens with salty rockpools with bonfire smoke in the distance. This dram continues to develop on the palate from the expected smoke and char into a luscious tropical fruit salad. On the finish pineapple and mango turns to apple, pear, and melon creating a wonderfully moorish dram.
