High N' Wicked Saints & Scholars II 19 Year Single Malt Irish Whiskey

The whiskey has been matured in second fill barrels and as such the character of the distillery distillate is more prominent than that of the barrel/oak. The colour is also a pale straw colour as a result of this. It has a familiar taste with varying degrees of spice, citrus fruits, some orchard fruits like red apple, honey, lemons, pears, pineapple, sweet malty biscuity character, aniseed which give a confectionary sweetness, boiled sweets and a lingering dry finish.
