Sixteen years of meticulous maturation—ten in sherry casks followed by six in rare Mizunara oak—has created a whisky of remarkable depth and grace. It opens with spiced apple and baked sponge cake, lifted by hints of hazelnut, coconut, and mandarin, with soft toffee and lime adding brightness. The palate is luxuriously rounded, offering sweet almonds, pear, and crisp oak alongside milk chocolate truffle, vanilla, and a whisper of baked banana. A long, lingering finish carries cream-covered fruits, sultanas, and a delicate nuttiness.
