Hand-selected by our Master Distiller Rachel Barrie. Soft fruit, powdered cocoa, and waves of orange toffee with mocha and honey drizzled over lush tropical fruit. Distilled 1 July 2010 and aged nine years in Pedro Ximenez sherry butt. 54.4% ABV.
