Nose – Floral grains, honey & dried apricot before revealing a hint of vanilla. Mouth – Light wafers, new leather, sultanas and almond. Touches of ginger infused chocolate, and zesty fruits. Linger – Long and gentle, with ginger returning next to lemon zest and a touch of liquorice to close.
