Duncan Taylor 'Dimensions' Highland Park 17-Year Single Malt Scotch Whisky

Duncan Taylor Scotch Whisky buy distillate from many of the distilleries throughout Scotland. This new-make spirit is then filed into casks sourced from Europe and the US and coopered in our cooperage in Huntly, Aberdeenshire (the only bottler with a cooperage.) Our nosing panel came to the conclusion that at 17 years old, this European oak, ex-sherry cask distilled at the Highland Park Distillery on the island of Orkney in 2004 was ready for bottling as a single cask at cask strength (no dilution) and without chill-filtration or the addition of artificial coloring. Single Cask, Cask Strength Singe Malt from Duncan Taylor Scotch Whisky, distilled at the Highland Park Distillery on Orkney, Cask 501710928 produced 300 bottles with complex herbal notes like cloves, dried apricots and raisins and even a hint salt in the finish.
