Domaine d'Esperance XO Armagnac

This XO bottling is Ten Years Old. It is distilled at 54% ABV and then casked. It first ages in a new cask made of local wood from the Gasony forrest for a about one year. Following that, the spirit is then moved into older Gascon wood barrels for the remaining aging process. This bottling is a blend of 4 different vintages. The youngest Armagnac in the blend has been aged 10 years.
